StackGain Membership is StackGain’s premium membership programme designed to give subscribers access to elevated cashback rates, exclusive offers, and other member-only benefits. By signing up for StackGain Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Membership Terms”), as well as StackGain’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

StackGain reserves the right to amend or update these Membership Terms at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion. Your continued use of the StackGain Membership following any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Overview of StackGain

StackGain Membership is a subscription-based membership programme that grants eligible users access to a curated set of enhanced benefits, including but not limited to:

• Cashback & purchase tracking
• Priority customer support access;
• Access to additional perks and benefits as introduced by StackGain from time to time.

The specific deals, discounts, promotions, rewards, and benefits available under the Membership programme may be updated, amended, or withdrawn by StackGain at any time without prior notice. StackGain does not guarantee that any particular benefit will remain available throughout the duration of your Membership.

2. Eligibility

To sign up for and maintain a StackGain Membership, you must:

• Hold a valid and active StackGain account in good standing;
• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Not be using a modified, rooted, or jailbroken device, or have any unauthorised or modified applications installed that could compromise the integrity of the StackGain Platforms;
• Comply with all applicable StackGain terms, policies, and guidelines at all times.

StackGain reserves the right to reject any user’s application for StackGain Membership at its sole and absolute discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for such rejection.

3. Termination of Membership by StackGain

StackGain may terminate your StackGain Membership at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Membership Terms or StackGain’s General Terms of Use;
• StackGain reasonably determines that you have abused or misused StackGain benefits;
• Your underlying StackGain account is suspended or terminated for any reason;
• StackGain discontinues the StackGain Membership programme.

Upon termination, you will lose access to all StackGain Membership benefits immediately. No refunds will be issued for any remaining unused portion of your subscription period.

4. Discretionary Offers & Ad Hoc Promotions

StackGain may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer additional discounts, promotions, bonus cashback, or other forms of preferential treatment to specific members from time to time. The use of any such ad hoc offers is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated therein at the time they are made available.

The inclusion of any ad hoc offer does not create any obligation on StackGain to continue offering such promotions in the future.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute directly or indirectly arising from your StackGain Membership, including but not limited to disputes relating to benefits, billing, or termination, you are encouraged to first contact StackGain’s customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

Where a formal resolution is required, any dispute shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in StackGain’s General Terms of Use. StackGain’s decision on all Membership-related disputes shall be final and binding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Amendments to These Membership Terms

StackGain reserves the right to change, update, or replace these Membership Terms at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion. Any amendments will be published on the StackGain Platforms and, where reasonably practicable, communicated to members via registered email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of StackGain Membership following any amendment to these Membership Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Membership Terms periodically.

7. Relationship to General Terms of Use

These Membership Terms should be read alongside StackGain’s General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are available at www.stackgain.io. In the event of any conflict between these Membership Terms and StackGain’s General Terms of Use, these Membership Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, solely in relation to matters pertaining to the StackGain Membership.

All other rights and obligations not addressed in these Membership Terms shall continue to be governed by StackGain’s General Terms of Use.
